Innsida ut

Traditional hat in double ribbing. A fixed folded brim is knitted into the hat so
that it keeps the same shape in use. This hat is knitted straight up without
turning the work at the folded brim, then you turn the hat inside out after the decreases so that
the wrong side of the decreases ends up on the outside, hence the name "Innsida ut" ("Inside Out").

Sizes: 1 - 3 years (4 - 10 years) 12 years - adult

Measurements:
Flat hat is approx. 13 (15.5) 17 cm wide
Fits head circumference: 47 – 51 (51 – 56) 53 – 59 cm

Yarn: My Wool from Gepardgarn (50 g = 115 metres)

Yarn amount: My Wool: 100 (100) 100 g

Gauge: 34 stitches in ribbing = 10 cm.
Ribbing is difficult to measure gauge on, but remember that the hat should be elastic
and firm in order to sit well on the head. If you knit loosely, it is better to go down a size in
stitch count, but follow the length measurements given for the correct size.

Recommended needles: 3 mm

Needles: Double-pointed needles and 40 cm circular needle, 3 mm
