The hat is knitted with stripes of 1 twisted knit stitch with 2 purl stitches in between.
These stripes of knit stitches are wrapped together in a simple but effective pattern as you knit.

Sizes: 4 - 8 years (10 years - adult)

Measurements:
Flat hat measures approx. 18.5 (21) cm in width
Fits head circumference: 48 - 53 (52 – 58) cm

Yarn:
Pura Lana from Gepardgarn (50 g = 240 metres)
Kid Seta from Gepardgarn (25 g = 210 metres)

Yarn amount:
Pura Lana 100 (100) g
Kid Seta: 25 (25) g

Gauge:
28 stitches in ribbing of 1 twisted knit and 2 purl = 10 cm
The gauge is much tighter than what is stated on the yarns, but this is so that the hat fits snugly and keeps its shape. The technique is also very elastic.

Recommended needles: 3 mm

Needles: Circular needle and double-pointed needles 3 mm
